TOM’S HOT SAUCE – Bonfire
is probably the most special hot sauce in our range, refined with cold brew coffee and cocoa! It was created in the course of a collaboration with 25 Grams, the gurus in the field of cold brew coffee and specialty coffee these days! The hot sauce has a spicy-chocolaty aroma and is an ideal match with grilled food of all kinds and hearty, winter cuisine!
Ingredients
Plums, wine vinegar (wine vinegar, grape must concentrate), onion, blood orange juice, cold brew coffee (water, coffee), 6% chilies, pineapple, garlic, cocoa, table salt, spices.
