TOM’S HOT SAUCE – Bonfire is probably the most special hot sauce in our range, refined with cold brew coffee and cocoa! It was created as part of a collaboration with 25 Grams, the cold brew coffee and specialty coffee gurus of the day! The hot sauce has a spicy-chocolate flavor and goes well with all kinds of grilled food and hearty, wintry cuisine!
INGREDIENTS:
Plums, wine vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must), onion, blood orange juice, cold brew coffee (water, coffee), 6% chilies, pineapple, garlic, cocoa, table salt, spices.
