The Bhut Jolokia Red is also known as the Ghost Pepper or Naga Viper comes from the Assam region of India, it was the first of the Superhot chilis and was at one time the Guinness record holder, The first flavor you will notice is an intensely fruity, sweet chili flavor. The heat does not kick in for 30 – 45 seconds. and is a whopping 1.2 million SHU

Absolutely delicious, and ideal for making your own hot sauce.

These chili plants will grow amazingly on a sunny windowsill or can be planted outside in the spring after the last frost, (they will need to be inside over winter), fruiting in optimum conditions is around 3 months from germination, all you need is to water them, everything else is contained in this pack.
