Every kitchen needs a Louisiana hot sauce. Like most Louisianas, it’s on the milder side. But the non-traditional inclusion of habanero gives it some oomph. Little small for the price, but that’s imports for you. A damn fine sauce well suited for sandwiches, chicken, and burgers.
