Hot Sauce : Singularity Sauce Co : HET SASS / Heat level 3
Het Sass is our “table sauce”. It’s one of the mildest sauces we make. Don’t think that means it’s not packing some heat though, we use Carolina Reapers for flavour and they deliver an unforgettable kick.
Ingredients (allergens in bold):
RedMash (Fermented Red Peppers, Fermented Garlic, Salt, Fermented Carolina Reapers), Apple Vinegar, Agave Nectar, Xanthan Gum
Small batch hot sauces, syrups, mustards and seasonings, made in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. We use the most locally sourced ingredients we can, so each batch is its own unique beast.
