Aromax : Yellow curry paste
Ingredients: Garlic, shallots, salt, SOYA OIL, palm kernel fat, galangal, lemongrass, chilli 5%, spice mix (turmeric powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, clove powder), coriander seed powder, curry powder (turmeric, fennel, cloves, cinnamon).
Directions:
Ingredients for 4 people: 1 packet of Aromax Yellow Curry Paste, 160ml coconut milk, 180ml water, 200g pieces of meat (chicken, duck, lamb or beef), 60g eggplant or cherry tomatoes, 2-3 tablespoons. Cooking oil. ; Preparation: heat the oil. Add Armox yellow Curry Paste and heat over low heat (1 min.) Add the meat and cook. Add coconut milk, water and vegetables and bring to the boil. Season to taste with fish sauce and garnish with basil leaves, green chilli or coriander, serve hot.
