Our interpretation of the traditional Mexican Salsa Verde! On our charcoal grill we combined blackened tomatillos and chiles
with fresh Serrano and yellow Habanero peppers, a heap of garlic and lime and coriander so fresh they pop out of the bottle.
The heat is pungent but moderate so it doesn’t overwhelm the fresh, juicy flavors that make this salsa verde a hit.

Use this salsa verde to liven up your tacos, burritos, quesedillas and all other tortilla dishes! Drizzle it over avocado salads, fresh fish, rice and chicken or pork dishes, or your omelette.
This spicy salsa verde also goes well with ‘green’ white wines, such as a light sauvignon blanc or a Portuguese Vinho Verde!
